Notes

The Floradora is named after a hugely successful musical comedy first staged in Londons West End and then on Broadway. The story goes that at an after-party, one of the female cast members asked a bartender to make her a cocktail, something brand new, and this was the drink he made. It caught on and became a bit hit with the New York crowd.
