Gin & Tonic

A G&T is a gin lover’s staple. Adelaide Gin pairs well with a lighter style of tonic and a slice of orange, to really let the floral botanicals in the gin come forward. As an alternative, an Elderflower tonic makes a lovely pairing.

Ingredients

1 part Adelaide Gin
3 parts tonic water
A slice of orange

Method

It doesn’t get much simpler than this.
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the gin and then top with a great tonic (not the cheap stuff). Stir well. Add a slice of fresh orange to your Adelaide Gin to really complement the floral nature of the gin.

Notes

The ideal ratio of gin to tonic varies according to taste. There is a trend towards a boozier version with 1 part gin to 2 parts tonic, but we suggest you have some fun experimenting to find your perfect mix!
