Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

1 part Adelaide Gin
3 parts tonic water
Cucumber

Method

It doesn’t get much simpler than this.
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the gin and then top with a great tonic (not the cheap stuff). Stir well. Using a vegetable peeler shave your cucumber into thin strips the full width of your cucumber. Add cucumber to glass and enjoy!

Notes

The ideal ratio of gin to tonic varies according to taste. There is a trend towards a boozier version with 1 part gin to 2 parts tonic, we suggest you have some fun experimenting to find your perfect mix!
