Negroni

Ingredients

20ml Adelaide Gin
20ml Campari
20ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel

Method

Pour gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with orange peel.

Notes

The classic aperitivo cocktail, it origins date back to 1919 Florence Italy. Uber cool with it’s bitter notes, this ruby red cocktail is one of our favourite ways to drink Adelaide Gin.
